
Volunteers have come to Raphael from all walks of life and from all over the world. Raphael accepts volunteers who are willing to apply themselves to caring for people with disabilities - the mentally and physically challenged. They must make a commitment of a minimum of 3 months.
Board and lodging is provided free but the volunteers pay for food . No training is required but the following are the areas of work where a volunteer may help

Working with those in custodial care. |

Helping in the classroom with special education program as a teacher's assistant for music, dance, art and craft, physiotherapy and speech therapy. |

Working with those with autism, severe learning disabilities and those with profound and multiple disabilities. |

Community outreach program. |
